Tyler Glenn

Family Specialist

Why he is with MCT

I believe almost every positive aspect in my character has been inspired by people seeking to be a caring, positive force in my life. In appreciation of those people, I want to be that same force for other people.  Thus, I have come to MCT so I can serve people much like myself, who are in need of positive change in their lives. Furthermore, I hope that the people I serve will seek to be the same, positive force for others. Finally, I believe the work done here serves the big picture of building a healthy community, in which people are able to thrive more naturally.

Hannah Littrel

Family Specialist

Why she is with MCT

I an advocate for HOPE. Just because no one else can heal or ‘fix’ you, or do your inner work for you does not mean you should or need to do it alone. Find your tribe and discover your purpose in this life at your pace. My family and friends have been the building block, the clay, and inspiration to for myself to form. I attribute all that I am to their love, guidance, support, and influence. Others take pride from it or fear weakness from going through experiences alone.

“It’s a lesson I have learned over and over, but it bears repeating: No one achieves anything alone.” From the great fictional character Leslie Knope,

Why she is with MCT

Live your life from a place of worthiness. Something I tell myself to do everyday. I have found a space here that adds that dimension I needed to live my life to its fullest potential. There is an encouraging support system that exists within the framework of the organization, between the staff, that extends to the people we serve in such an extraordinary way and it ripples throughout the community. I look forward to coming to working everyday, knowing, this is somewhere, where change is going to happen everyday for the better.

Why she is with MCT

“There’s nowhere you can be that isn’t where you’re meant to be” -John Lennon

I am at MCT because from the start I was drawn by the passion Michael has for the communities we serve. I too am passionate about walking alongside others. To share in their high and lows and be the constant that helps them heal. I saw that same drive in MCT and knew that it was something I wanted to be a part of.

Angela Harrington

Chief of Staff Executive Assistant

Why she is with MCT

I am excited to be part of an organization that aligns with my values and offers endless opportunities to learn and grow. Quite frankly, I cannot believe that I get paid on top of doing what I enjoy. The atmosphere at MCT is welcoming and positive which creates a positive effect that I carry throughout my day- I feel like I am fulfilling my calling rather than going to work.

I have a passion for constantly learning and pushing myself to explore concepts and ideas that are
foreign to me through collaborating with individuals and communities. However, I have never quite experienced a place where all of those passions and ideas were made possible until I started here. I’m here to experience new things, collaborate on a multitude of levels with a plethora of different people and grow personally and professionally.

Luke

Therapy Dog

Why he is with MCT

Golden Retrievers are not bred to be guard dogs, and considering the size of their hearts and their irrepressible joy in life, they are less likely to bite than to bark, and less likely to bark than to lick a hand in greeting. In spite of their size, they think they are lap dogs, and in spite of being dogs, they think they are also human, and nearly every human they meet is judged to have the potential to be a boon companion who might, at many moment, cry, “Let’s go!” and lead them on a great adventure.
    – Dean Koontz (approved by Luke)

Strengths
  • Golden Retriever breeding (non-judgmental); never met a ball (or a client) he didn’t like.
Education / Licensure
  • Advanced Obedience Training and Therapy Dog graduate.
